I have found no other sync licensing agency or Publisher in the music industry that offers their artists a share of the companies profits. (Paying artists their contracted percentages is typically calculated as Cost of Business). Artists and composers at Workshop can quickly work their way to becoming shareholders of restricted stock. Like anyone else in the company, one share equals one vote. Now imagine you are a talented composer or musician who knows other talented musicians.
